The property has to be a genuine 4 or 5 star hotel or resort. Service standards, housekeeping and safety are not things we want to gamble on for you.
A pool that is actually open
A pool listed on a website is not the same as a pool you can swim in on a Tuesday afternoon. We check access, timings and whether day guests are welcome.
A kitchen worth eating from
Breakfast, lunch and dinner have to be available on site. On a day trip, the food is half the reason you came.
